Instructions for Using NIIMBOT Brand Material Package:

The NIIMBOT Brand Material Package is designed to provide global partners and customers of NIIMBOT with a convenient channel to download official promotional materials, ensuring the consistency of the NIIMBOT brand in all promotional exposures. The NIIMBOT brand logo and product image materials in the package are works of the NIIMBOT design team; their intellectual property rights and related rights belong to NIIMBOT Company. Before use, please read the following instructions and legal statement.

Legal Statement:

NIIMBOT is the intellectual property rights holder of the NIIMBOT brand logo and its related products.
All copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights (including but not limited to texts, images, etc.) contained in the NIIMBOT Brand Material Package are protected by the laws of the People's Republic of China and relevant international treaties. NIIMBOT owns the aforesaid intellectual property rights, except for the rights that relevant right holders are entitled to in accordance with the law.
Without the written consent of NIIMBOT, you shall not use the NIIMBOT brand logo or product image materials without authorization. If NIIMBOT discovers that you use the logo or product images without legal authorization, fail to use them in accordance with the usage specifications, use them beyond the authorized scope, or use them for direct profit-making purposes (including but not limited to paid downloads, sales of NIIMBOT peripherals, etc.), NIIMBOT has the right to protect its legitimate rights through legal channels.
If NIIMBOT discovers that you have adjusted or deformed the NIIMBOT brand logo or product images in terms of size, details, or partial differences, NIIMBOT has the right to pursue your legal liability through legal channels.
