NIIMBOT Branding Kit Usage Guidelines

NIIMBOT Branding Kit is designed to provide NIIMBOT's global partners and customers with convenient access to official marketing materials, ensuring consistent brand representation across all communications. The NIIMBOT Brand Logo and product images contained in this kit are creations of NIIMBOT's design team, with all associated intellectual property rights belonging to NIIMBOT. Before use, please read the following instructions and legal statement.

Legal Notice::

NIIMBOT is the exclusive intellectual property rights holder of the NIIMBOT Logo and related product images;
All copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights in the NIIMBOT branding kit (Including but not limited to text and pictures) are protected by the laws of the People's Republic of China and relevant international treaties. All such intellectual property rights are owned by NIIMBOT, provided that this shall not affect any rights legally vested in third parties or users;
You may not use the NIIMBOT brand Logo and product images without obtaining prior written consent from NIIMBOT. If NIIMBOT discovers any unauthorized use of its brand Logo and product images, use of the NIIMBOT brand Logo and product images without adhering to usage guidelines, use the NIIMBOT brand Logo and product images beyond the scope of a granted license, or use for indirect commercial benefit (Including but not limited to paid downloads, unauthorized sales of NIIMBOT's peripherals), NIIMBOT has the right to safeguard its legal rights through legal channels;
If NIIMBOT discovers that you have distorted, proportionally adjusted, or otherwise altered the NIIMBOT brand Logo and product images, resulting in differences in size, detail, or partial elements from the original Logo and images, NIIMBOT has the right to pursue legal action against you.
